only really "got into them" in the past 10-15 years, but they have been around longer than I have.

and unlike most of my favourite groups, I have yet to hear something by them I really dislike.

If you had asked me 15 years ago, I'ld have probably picked ELO or Iron Maiden.

The muttons belong to Philipe wynn. Only memeber of the spinners not from Detroit, he was a cleveland native. It is also rumored that he was such an ass that only 7 people attended his funeral after he died on stage at 45 in Oakland calif. He was a leader though in the fusion from motown to the pure funk sounds of the late 70s and early 80's with such bands as Parliment, and Bootsy and the rubber band. These, were/are the forfathers of Rap as you may or may not know. All I know as a fan of the band, is he was a showman, and I loved his voice. I say RIP Mr; Wynn and thankyou.
