From what I know by getting told in earlier years,
- You'll not be called to serve as guide on a server you have a char on.
- You'll also be provided with a char which has higher privileges.
Both together will make it sure you won't abuse said privileges in favor of the guild(s) you have chars in and / or friends on that server.
But you'll get your informations and probably some NDA to be signed, otherwise you'll face the consequences you already mentioned.
