Hello Pikeys,

i had a realtiv big Problem. Last night i was trying to log in Kjarthan, but he was no longer in Charcter list. ( I told Wabb) Then i send a petition to SOE. Hours later, i got an E-Mail. Kjarhtan was transfered to Firiona Vie and there he was delated.
An now.. the fuck hell, tried to log in for 3 mins.. and BOTH ACCS ARE BANNED!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF canany1 help me here? how should i contact SOE when i had no Account???

you will need the secret password thing also proof of your payment and address and you will need to call their accounts department and explain the situation

When i say no account it means i cant log in in EQ or SOE station forums.. no chacne to log in.. I created a new account (free2play). And contacted soe with the Ticket Number again.

This was in the morning and no answer atm

The character was transferred to Firiona Vie about 2.5 hours ago and has since been deleted. Unfortunately, the character is not able to be restored.

I shared my PW only with 2 Persons. Linadas a good fried of me since 8 Years and wit Drucilog .. and i really know now one this both delated my acc.

GM Remdag is the same idiot that was dealing with my case and totally useless.

After no joy with him, I then escalated to Client Services Director - Sharon Morris who was also useless.

Key to this you have to remember, is not that they cannot restore them, its that they will not.

There must be something dodgy going on for this to happen

What sort of thing would cause SOE to act this way Zaph?

Every time a account is accessed they will have logs for, every SC transaction they will have logs for.
Ild guess their log histories will date back a good few years, possibly even as far back as the Verant Interactive days (pre "SOE")

I can only assume they have some IP checking going on, and if the dodgy transactions occurred with matching, or "similar" IPs to a previously used one, they will declare its a known source.

Obviously with dynamic IP addressing, its not so easy, but this is SOE logic.


all in all, I really dont know, its just guesswork.

They should just slap a outright stop on FV transfers, or perhaps limit it with a 1 month no trade items rule, along with confirmation via original email.

That would nail the coffin shut on any funny business,


but nowadays SOE are just making it way too easy and automated to do anything daft

Yeah i had a bit of a look also, saw a few items being sold u were wearing same for velunia but none of the traders had more than 2 items u had so can put that down to getting in a raid and selling when they didn't need it.
