All EverQuest Live Servers will be brought offline on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at 6:30 AM PT* for an update. This downtime is expected to last approximately 6 hours.

Patch notes for this update can be found in the Game Update Notes section of the forums once they become available.

For us Germans, it means 15:30 to 21:30; for the UK 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

wanted to put my trader on before work, its still locked ? or it is again locked ?

Probably "again", there was a 3.5 hours timespan with login issues.
