It turns out that it was a very simple solution...the cable from my router was bad...thanks everyone for the help

the past few days i have been going LD constantly. During raids and when im just playing in general. Anyone else having this issue or is it something on my end? I have a new desktop and a good internet connection so im not sure what it is?
